Modus JH is a full service travel company offering best prices, travel management services and advisory, striving for client satisfaction by providing the highest level of service delivering efficient detailed oriented travel planning while generating noticeable savings. Established in 2005, Modus JH has a proven track record of providing the highest quality professional travel services in Albania.

Our team of 15 professional dedicated employees have a wealth of experience and extensive knowledge in all aspects of tourism. We believe that the key of success lies in nurturing vendor, employee, partner, and client relationships and establishing a positive work environment conveying happiness for our team and clients all throughout. Our Employees

We have more than 10 professional dedicated employees. Currently there are 8 permanent employees at the Head Office and its Branches, meanwhile the rest of the employees are working part-time, but almost always engaged at our company

Our teams are carefully selected professionals, who have a wealth of experience and extensive knowledge in all aspects of tourism. A unique travel on specialist service team is always duty 24/7, dedicated and geared to effectively manage last minute changes and urgent situations.

Administrator of the company Mr. Arber Shahu has extensive experience with set of skills that can handle the many different people and situations within the organization. He also has adequate authority to make decisions for the timely resolution of problems. Mr.Shahu is able to offer specialist, professional and competitive travel products to meet the demands of the travel market, which includes online bookings and tailor-made trips.

Some of the personnel staff is specialized in business travel while others have detailed knowledge of specific locations or travel products, or financial management, and daily operational management.
All the Coordinators of Modus JH are responsible for developing strategies to hit or exceed sales targets, regardless of the size of the outlet or products offered.
A strong point of this management and providing the best service in a short time and with quality is the identification of specifics of each person who works in the company. Part of this success is attributed to its unique and special qualification of the staff, as:

• Diplomacy and tact;

Technical Experience of the Company

Our infrastructure allows us to cover all segments of travel needs: standard, custom tours and packages, corporate travel solutions, wholesale and retail of airline tickets, hotels, car rental, travel insurance and an array of travel products to better fit the client’s needs, whether individuals, groups or corporations.

 

  • Computerized inventories of available passenger space, and provide information on space reserved
  • Make and confirm reservations for transportation and accommodations, using telephones, faxes, mail, and computers.
  • Plan routes, itineraries, and accommodation details, and compute fares and fees, using schedules, rate books, and computers
  • Prepare customer invoices, and accept payment.
  • Provide customers with travel suggestions and information such as guides, directories, brochures, and maps.
  • Promote particular destinations, tour packages, and other travel services.
  • Check baggage and cargo, and direct passengers to designated locations for loading.
  • Announce arrival and departure information, using public-address systems, gather and compile visitor statistics such as the numbers and types of visitor inquiries.
  • Provide technical support / troubleshooting to software administrators and users via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Act as liaison between customers and development/technical support team
  • Perform recurring and as-needed administrative tasks associated with one of the most important parts of our job is Customer Service which is not being seen as an extension of it. Clients are the most vital asset, without them we would not and could not exist in business. We do our best to satisfy our clients, as they not only help us grow but recommend us to friends and associates.
